On March 4, 2025, the Walailak University Coordination Center for the Plant Genetic Conservation Project under the Royal Initiative (RSPG), in collaboration with the RSPG Project, educational institutions, and local administrative organizations, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance the development of School Botanical Gardens and Local Resource Bases.
This partnership includes five schools and one local administrative organization, aiming to promote botanical education, plant genetic conservation, and the preservation of local wisdom.
