SIRIN MUSEUM Welcomes Senior Group for “Active Aging Balance” Learning Program

The Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Natural History Museum (SIRIN MUSEUM), Walailak University, welcomed 48 senior participants from Baan Sai Ra Subdistrict Administrative Organization for the learning program “Active Aging Balance: Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Safe in the Digital World.”

The program encouraged participants to develop a positive perspective on aging, strengthen emotional well-being, build self-confidence, and learn how to adapt safely to the digital world. The group also visited exhibitions at SIRIN MUSEUM, Bota Sky Tower, and learning areas within Walailak Botanic Park.

The activity reflects the University’s commitment to supporting an aging society through lifelong learning, social participation, and meaningful experiences that help older adults maintain well-being and live with confidence and value.
