7–8 May 2026, Walailak Botanic Park, Walailak University, welcomed 55 Grade 10–11 students from Pak Phayun Pittayakom School, Phatthalung Province, for a two-day academic service Science Camp designed to promote learning beyond the classroom.
The camp featured a variety of activities related to science and health professions, including “Fun with MT” to introduce medical technology, “What Do Medical Labs Study?”, “Pharmacist Synthesis Challenge”, and “Fun with Nursing”, giving students opportunities to explore scientific processes and learn more about future study and career pathways in the health sciences.
Students also visited The Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Natural History Museum (SIRIN MUSEUM) to expand their knowledge of natural history and the environment. The camp was supported closely by Walailak Botanic Park staff, creating an engaging learning environment that encouraged curiosity, scientific thinking, and inspiration for future education.
