SIRIN MUSEUM at Walailak University invites the public and tourists to experience the beauty of nature-inspired colors through the special exhibition “Thai Colors in Textile Patterns: The Charm of Natural Colors from Thai Wisdom.” The exhibition is open daily from now until 30 April 2026, from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

                The exhibition showcases the fascinating story of natural dyes on fabric and the traditional wisdom of creating textile patterns from plants and natural materials passed down through generations. Visitors will enjoy an immersive learning atmosphere filled with inspiring displays and memorable moments celebrating the beauty of Thai colors.

Highlights of the event include a variety of hands-on learning activities and workshops:

• Explore displays on natural dyes and traditional textile coloring techniques
• Join wax-resist painting and natural color painting workshops
• Experience Eco-print, creating botanical patterns from leaves and flowers on fabric
• Participate in creative tie-dye workshops to make unique textile designs

                For photography lovers, a special Thai costume rental experience is also available, allowing visitors to dress elegantly in Thai fabrics and capture memorable photos within the scenic surroundings of the university’s botanical park.
