Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand — On February 14, 2026 (B.E. 2569), Walailak University Botanical Garden hosted a Valentine’s Day celebration titled “Love Floats in the Sky: Season 2”, under the theme “Love Signed in the Sky,” at the iconic Bota Sky Tower. The event featured seven couples who participated in an official marriage registration ceremony surrounded by the Garden’s serene, green landscape—an experience that delighted attendees and underscored the venue’s growing role in creative programming and eco-tourism.
Set against panoramic views of forest canopies and expansive scenery, the Bota Sky Tower provided a romantic and welcoming atmosphere for couples, families, and guests. The natural setting elevated the ceremony into a meaningful moment—combining celebration, community, and the beauty of nature in one destination.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Somchai Leelanoi, Governor of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, and Ms. Wansa Leelanoi, President of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Red Cross Chapter. Also attending were Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, President of Walailak University, along with university executives, distinguished guests, and local government representatives who joined as witnesses. Key local officials and partners, including agencies related to tourism and sports, Mr. Prasong Chanhyu, Chief District Officer of Tha Sala District, and relevant organizations, gathered to congratulate the couples and support the celebration.
