Walailak University Hosts “Music in the Garden: H.M. Song Tribute” to Celebrate the Late King’s Legacy

On Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the Botanical Park at Walailak University was transformed into a vibrant hub of melody and reflection during the “Music in the Garden: H.M. Song Tribute” event, held as part of the Bota Green Market Chic & Chill.

The event showcased a touching performance by the WU Band, who beautifully rendered the late King’s compositions in a folk song style, honoring His Majesty’s remarkable contributions and enduring legacy. This special concert was organized through a collaboration between the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI), the Front Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, and Walailak University.

Set against the peaceful backdrop of the garden, the event offered attendees an unforgettable evening of music, reflection, and gratitude, celebrating the timeless beauty of the King’s royal compositions.
