On August 28, 2024, Walailak Botanic Garden showcased its innovative e-Bota Services system at WU Innovation Day 2024. The event was held at the Phattharathamaporn Meeting Room, 9th Floor, Building C, Walailak University Medical Center, Thasala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
                The e-Bota Services system, developed under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chatchai Kanlayanapaphon, Acting Director of the Walailak Botanic Garden, was presented by Lt. Col. Akarayut Rangsimantuchat and Ms. Saifon Jitnupong, General Administration Officers. The system aims to enhance convenience and efficiency by streamlining processes and enabling users to easily book services and check availability online.
                The committee also discussed the importance of providing accessible services for individuals with disabilities and exploring additional facilities to further improve the user experience.”
